These Terms & Conditions govern the AccuSights SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from AccuSights, you agree to the terms outlined below.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not opt in to our SMS program. You can opt out at any time as described in Section 3.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
1. Program Description
AccuSights may send text messages to users who have opted-in to receive them. These messages may include transactional notifications (such as account alerts, appointment reminders, or updates) and marketing messages (such as promotional offers and news).
2. Frequency of Messages
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services and the programs you have opted into.
3. User Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. Getting Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at our support team.
5. Interruption by Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Cost
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. Privacy
For all questions about the data we collect and how we use it, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Age Restriction
By opting in to the AccuSights Inc SMS program, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The SMS program is not intended for, and is not directed at, individuals under 18. If you become aware that a person under 18 has opted in, or if you are under 18 and have opted in, please contact us immediately at our support team so we can remove the number from the program.
